Marqii Secures Series A Funding, Bringing Total Raised to $10 Million
Led by CEAS Investments, Marqii’s new funding will accelerate product development for the hospitality industry, with expanded capabilities for review management and guest engagement.
AUSTIN, Texas (September 12, 2023) -- Marqii, a one-stop digital operations platform for hospitality businesses, today announced the closing of $4.5 million in Series A funding, bringing their total amount raised to $10 million. CEAS Investments led the capital financing round, with strategic investment from GTM Fund and additional participation from Hatcher VC and Maccabee Ventures. These new funds will accelerate Marqii’s product innovation for the hospitality industry, enabling deeper connections and integrations with industry-specific tech stacks and expanding guest engagement and review management capabilities.
Marqii strives to help restaurants, bars, hotels, ghost kitchens and virtual brands deepen their customer relationships by providing one central place where they can efficiently manage their online menus and listings, and respond to their reviews. In March 2023 Marqii released its newest Managed Review Response service, which creates personalized review responses in each brand’s own voice using a combination of AI and HI (Human Intelligence). More than 8,000 hospitality businesses currently rely on Marqii to power their online operations, including Sage Hospitality Group, Margaritaville, Levain Bakery, Marcus Samuelsson Group, Virtual Dining Concepts, and Gregory’s Coffee.
